高级设施工程师Senior Facility Engineer

负责公用设施的日常运作、检查和监督，保证系统的稳定运行及全厂的水能源不间断供应（水、电、气）；

Take charge of daily operation, check-ups and supervision work of public facility to fulfill the facility system daily operation and TPM task, to ensure the energy for the whole plant.

1. 负责工厂公用设施系统的日常运行，保证生产能源供应，同时为博世同事提供良好的办公及生产环境；

公用设施主要系统：高压供电系统，中低压配电系统，压缩空气系统，冷却水系统，中央空调系统（冰机，锅炉，水泵，空调箱，风机盘管等），给排水系统，消防警报系统，软水及纯水系统，等等；

To keep the facility system running smoothly and make sure of the energy supply for production area, also provides a comfortable environment for office and production area.

Main public facility systems: high-voltage supply system, low-voltage supply system, compressed air system, cooling water system, central air conditional system (chiller, boiler, water pump, AHU fan coil etc.), water supply and drainage system, fire alarm system, soft water and PW system. etc.

1. 制定日常点检制度，监督并分析技术员的运行参数，提前发现系统的潜在问题并及时解决；

Set daily operation regulations, supervise and analyze the operation data, predict potential problems and solve timely.

1. 编制公用设施的预防性保养及大型设备大修计划；

Work out the project plan for preventive maintenance and repair of the public facility.

监督技术员团队的执行情况、分析相关数并持续改善以达到降低设备故障率，延长设备使用寿命;

Supervise the work of technician team, analyze operation data and keep continuous improvement to reduce the facility fault rate and prolong its service life.

1. 编制设备操作指引，异常处理流程，对技术员培训及指导；

Work out the WI, documents for trouble solving, training and coaching for technician team.

1. 根据生产部门的的发展计划，及时配合完成相关水电气能源的扩充供应；根据其他部门的需求，完成相关的系统改造；

According to the development of the production department, cooperate and fulfill relevant energy supply task; upgrade relevant system in the requirement of other divisions.

1. 及时处理系统的异常，确保工厂生产的不间断运行；分析系统异常原因并采取相应措施预防后续的发生;

Real time processing for system abnormality to ensure the uninterrupted energy supply for the whole plant, analyze the reason for the abnormality and take relative measure against further problems.

1. 计划、完善设施系统的备件，制定合理的安全库存并及时补充库存；

Arrange and supplement the spare parts for facility system, set ample stock and timely replenishment.

1. 特种设备管理：电梯、变压器、锅炉、压力管道等日常运行保养；年度检测；

Special equipments management: daily operation, TPM and annual audit of lifts, transformer, boiler, pressure pipes.

1. 8D, A3等工具的运行；

8D，A3 tools experience.

1. 厂房基建和设施升级改造经验；

Construction and facility upgrade experience

Qualifications

机电、暖通、给排水、自控专业本科及以上学历

College degree or above, major in electro

8年以上大型工厂运行及维护经验

More than 8 years operation and maintenance work experience in large factory.

有无尘室运行经验，石化、半导体、汽车行业工厂经验优先；

Relevant work experience in clean rooms, petrol chemical, semiconductor and auto industry is preferred.

PMP，Register Eng in Civil, HVAC, Fire fighting

项目管理证书，注册土建，暖通，消防工程师

Be fluent in English reading and writing, CET 6.
