Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
1. Who we are
MANY Hired (manyhired.com) is operated by MANY Hired, LLC, New York, NY ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. The resume service
When you order a tailored resume, you give us your resume and a job posting, and we deliver a rewritten resume, a cover letter and a match report as PDF and Word files. The documents are written by an AI model (Claude, made by Anthropic) under rules that forbid adding experience, credentials or figures that aren't in what you gave us. AI can still make mistakes, so you are responsible for reviewing your documents and for everything you send to employers. We don't guarantee interviews, job offers or how any employer's software will rank your application.
Each order covers one job posting and includes one free revision. Documents are delivered on your order page and by email, usually within a few minutes of payment.
Packs. A 3-pack is 3 orders paid in advance: one for the job you're ordering for, and the rest for any job postings you choose within 12 months of purchase. Unused credits expire after that and have no cash value, except as our Refund Policy says. A pack keeps a copy of your resume so later orders take one click; you can delete it from your pack page at any time. You can also upgrade a single order to a pack by paying the difference shown on your order page.
2a. Job alerts
Job alerts are free emails about new listings that match a search you chose. They start only after you confirm your email address, and every alert email has a link to change how often it arrives or to unsubscribe.
3. Your content
You confirm that the resume and information you upload are yours, or that you have permission to use them, and that they're accurate. You keep ownership of your content and of the documents we create for you. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax unless checkout says otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; for purchases on this site, Stripe (or its affiliate Link) may act as the merchant of record, which means it handles payment, sales tax and receipts, and you'll see its name at checkout. We never see your full card number. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. Job listings
Most listings come from employers' own public career pages and are refreshed regularly; others are posted directly by employers. We don't verify every listing and we're not the employer or a party to any hiring decision. Always apply on the employer's own site or contact. We never charge job seekers to apply, and legitimate employers don't either; if a listing asks you for money or sensitive financial information, don't provide it and report it to us. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners and don't imply any affiliation with MANY Hired.
6. Employer job posts
If you post a job, you confirm that it is a real, currently open position that you're authorized to advertise, that the information is accurate, and that it complies with applicable law. Posts may not charge applicants any fee, recruit for multi-level marketing, or include discriminatory requirements. We may review, decline, edit for formatting, or remove any post. If we decline to publish a paid post, we refund it in full. A post stays listed for the period shown at checkout unless you close it earlier. We don't guarantee any number or quality of applicants.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no automated scraping at a rate that disrupts the service, no uploading of malware, and no uploading of other people's personal information without their permission.
8. Disclaimers
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
