Refund Policy

Tailored resumes

• Free revision first. Every order includes one free revision. Tell us what to change from your order page.
• Still not helpful? Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.
• If we can't deliver (for example, a technical problem), we refund you in full automatically.
• Packs: if the first resume from your 3-pack doesn't help, email us within 14 days of buying the pack and we'll refund the whole pack, as long as you haven't used its other credits. If a pack credit fails to produce your documents, the credit goes back on your pack.

Employer job posts

• If we decline to publish your post, we refund it in full.
• If something went wrong with a live post, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right, by extending the post or refunding you.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Include your order number (from your receipt or order page) when you email us.
