About Airwallex

Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own.

We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,700 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. How you'll make impact

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, EMEA, you'll shape how Airwallex's products are understood and adopted across the region. You'll translate complex financial products into clear, compelling stories for customers, prospects, and internal teams, while connecting product, marketing, sales, and regional priorities.

  • Own product positioning and messaging for Airwallex across EMEA.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans that bring product narratives to market.

  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Brand, Demand Generation, and regional leaders to deliver campaigns and launches.

  • Turn customer insight, market trends, and competitive intelligence into sharper messaging, sales enablement, and marketing programmes.

  • Build feedback loops that help Product and Commercial teams understand what resonates in the market and where we need to improve.

You'll work from our London office three days a week.

What we're looking for

Essentials

  • Strong product marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, or another complex B2B environment.

  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and launch plans.

  • A track record of working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Brand, Demand Generation, and regional stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex products clear and compelling.

  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect customer needs, market context, and business priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing products across multiple EMEA markets.

  • Experience working in a high-growth or scaling company.

  • Familiarity with payments, financial infrastructure, embedded finance, or other regulated products.

You'll thrive here if

  • You're comfortable owning the roadmap yourself.

  • You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken.

  • You're comfortable operating across time zones with a globally distributed team, including colleagues based in APAC and EMEA.

  • You communicate clearly and directly across cultures, and you're thoughtful about how context shifts meaning across borders.

  • You connect dots across functions and hold the big picture without losing grip on the details.

Learn more about your team

Marketing at Airwallex is a growth function, not a support one. The brief is ambitious: build the brand to match the platform, well-established in some markets and still emerging in others. This team leads across product marketing, brand, demand generation, and regional GTM: understanding what our platform actually does, then building the stories that make it land with real businesses, not just buyers on paper. They work closely with product, sales, and leadership, so the link between marketing activity and business outcome is direct.

If you want to build a global brand through insight, sharp positioning, and creative that earns attention and trust, this is where marketing has real leverage.
