SMT Equipment Engineer_ME

• Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and predictive maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Collect and clean equipment operation data (e.g., PLC, Server, MES, and sensor data)
• Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify equipment failure patterns and performance degradation trends to support the implementation of Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
• Develop and apply AI-based tools or scripts for equipment monitoring, failure alerting, and anomaly detection and build and maintain equipment data dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tablea)
• Training of technicians based on business requirements and improves the competence of technician team continuously
• Create maintenance (corrective/preventive/predictive maintenance) related work instruction for equipment and maintenance and optimization continuously
• BPS activity implementation
• Professional problem-solving method (PSS)
• Other tasks assigned from manager

Qualifications
